  The panic is where the kernel gave up, not where the kernel went wrong.

Applied to orbital-47:

  fs/buffer.c:1228 is the tombstone.
  sd0 timeout is the first useful frame.
  bus droop is the event.
  cell-stack disconnect is the original cause.
  chemistry + time + radiation is the cause of the cause.

Reason it matters:

The model pattern-matches the panic. The operator reads three frames up.
